Shipping Protection
We offer shipping protection for every order to help safeguard your package during transit.
Important:
If you choose to remove shipping/order protection from your order, VXE will not be responsible for:
Lost packages
Stolen packages
Damage during transit
In such cases, no refunds or free replacements will be provided for any portion of the order.
International Shipping
International Shipping Limitations:
VXE is not responsible for packages held, seized, or rejected by customs.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products can be legally imported into their country.
Some countries may restrict or prohibit oral-care products containing certain ingredients.
Additional delays may occur due to customs inspections or documentation requirements.
VXE does not provide customs brokerage or customs clearance assistance.
Availability:
Unless otherwise stated on the order page, VXE can ship to most countries worldwide.

Duties & Taxes:
In addition to the order total, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country.
If you fail to pay customs duties or fees and the order is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying additional shipping costs if you wish the order to be resent.

Order Tracking
Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Carrier tracking system failures
A lack of tracking updates does not necessarily mean the package is lost or delayed.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Important Limitation of Liability:
If you choose to remove order/shipping protection from your order, VXE is not responsible for:
Lost packages
Stolen packages
Packages damaged in transit
Packages delivered to the wrong address
Any other shipping-related issue
By declining protection, you assume all risk of loss during shipping, regardless of carrier fault or other circumstances.
Customer Address Responsibility:
Customers are fully responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
VXE is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional fees arising from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses.
Address changes after processing may incur additional fees.
Marked as Delivered but Not Received:
If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it:
Check with neighbors, building management, mailroom, or local post office.
If the package has still not appeared after 7 business days, please contact us.
Lost in Transit:
If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days after the estimated delivery date for assistance.
Responsibility:
Unless shipping/order protection was purchased at checkout, VXE is not responsible for:
Stolen packages
Packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout
Address Changes & Order Adjustments
Modification Window: If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order.
Processing Limitation: Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes to that order.
Returns & Exchanges

Holidays & High-Demand Periods
Extended Shipping Times: During peak seasons (such as holidays and major promotions), delivery times may be longer due to higher order volumes.

In such situations, delivery timeframes may be extended indefinitely without any obligation on our part to provide compensation.
